27th Annual Lowell Folk Festival

The 27th Annual Lowell Folk Festival features five stages of traditional ethnic music, authentic crafts demonstrations, ethnic foods, art and children's activities.

  • Maggie Ingram and the Ingramettes - Gospel

  • Martin Hayes & Dennis Cahill - Irish

  • Joaquin Diaz - Dominican merengue

  • Red Trouser Show - Circus Arts

  • The Boys Band - Polka

  • West African Highlife Band - West African highlife

  • Mirabal Family Comparsa - Dominican comparsa

Festival Hours

Friday Evening July 26
Downtown Parade at 6:45 p.m.
Boarding House Park at 7:00 p.m.
Dutton Street Dance Pavilion at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 27:
Noon-6PM - Five Stages of Music
7PM-10PM Boarding House Park
7:15 PM-10PM Dutton St. Dance Pavilion

Sunday, July 28:
Five Stages: start at noon and finish between 5:45 PM and 6:30PM.

Presented by the City of Lowell, Greater Merrimack Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, Lowell Festival Foundation, Lowell National Historical Park, and the National Council for the Traditional Arts.
