Feel the energy pulsate through the grass lawn of Boarding House Park, sway to the rhythms in our expansive dance tent on Arcand Dr., savor intimate acoustic performances in cozy St. Anne’s Parish, and revel in the vibrant atmosphere of our mobile stage in the heart of downtown beside Market St. Park.

From Polish pirogies to Filipino lumpia, Laotian papaya salad to Armenian lamb burgers, experience the flavors that reflect the rich tapestry of our city.
In partnership with the Lowell National Historical Park, the City of Lowell, the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Lowell Community Foundation, the Greater Merrimack Valley Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and the National Council for the Traditional Arts, the Lowell Festival Foundation proudly present an eclectic roster of performing artists and ensembles, each a guardian of their cultural heritage and a beacon of artistic excellence.
